Q: What are the worship times?
Q: What is the style of worship?
A: Saturday worship is casual with mostly contemporary music, on-screen visuals and sermon. Sunday services are traditional services with choir, hymns from the hymnal and sermon. The youth service (ALTARed) is for those in grades 6-12. All services have communion – trays are passed to the congregation at 10:30 and the congregation comes forward to receive communion at other services.
Q: Which entrance is best?
A: Parking in the south lot and coming in the largest set of doors will give best access to the sanctuary and the Welcome Center. Volunteers at the Welcome Center can give directions and have a gift bag for you.
Q: Is there childcare available?
A: Yes! At every worship service. Follow signs to the nursery in the education area. Vibrating pagers are available should your child need you while you are in the service.
Q: What should I wear?
A: The focus is NOT on what you wear, however as a general rule, Saturday worship is casual with most people wearing jeans and shorts to business casual. At Sunday services, you’ll see casual to suits. At the youth service - It's up to you!

A: Geist Christian Church is a part of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). Discover the Disciples here – www.disciples.org. It is a cooperative relationship that allows our mission dollars to be used effectively while still maintaining complete independence as a local church. We choose our own pastor, own our own buildings and assets, and determine our own programs.
