Ronald McDonald House — Preparing and serving a meal to families housed at Ronald McDonald House while children undergo surgeries and treatments at Riley Hospital for Children.
Two teams, each serving once monthly.
Days: Second or Fourth Wednesday

Wheeler Mission — Set up, prepare, and clean up the evening meal for the overnight residents of this longstanding downtown mission.
Days: Fourth Thursday
Time: 4:15 – 6:15 p.m.

Centenary Food Pantry Delivery — Team of drivers on once-a-month rotation allow for weekly delivery of collected food and household items to Centenary Christian Church. Donations are distributed through Centenary’s weekly Food Pantry to families on the near northeast side of Indianapolis.
Day: Monday
Time: Deliver between 9:00 a.m. and 12 noon

Dayspring Center
This mission team for adults and families serves once a month at the Dayspring Center on Indianapolis’ near north-side, assisting with preparation and service of an evening meal. Options also include doing crafts or playing games with children of families in temporary residence at the Center. The Dayspring Center, founded in 1986, provides care, shelter, and meals to homeless families with children in Central Indiana. Time: 5:15 pm Second Monday

Volunteers lead worship once a month at the Men's Pendleton Correctional Facility.

Special Projects
Exodus Refugees Immigration - With the help of local community and faith-based organizations, Exodus Refugee Immigration supports the victims of persecution, injustice, and war, as they rebuild their lives and regain basic human rights and needs. Refugees come to our country with only what they can carry. Therefore prior to arrival Exodus (along with sponsoring partners) coordinates housing, furnishings and other basic needs necessary to welcome them.
Mission Teams & Events, Quarterly
Interfaith Hospitality Network — Prepare and serve dinner for families staying overnight at area churches (Faith Presbyterian, Church of the Nativity) while in transition to stable housing and employment.
Day: 2 – 3 Tuesdays quarterly
Time: Dinner service 5:30 p.m.

Blood Drives — Three times annually, Geist Christian Church supports the Central Indiana Regional Blood Center with the gift of life. All donors (18 and older) receive donation credits through the CIRBC. Volunteers are also needed to make reminder calls and enroll donors.
