Flu Shot Clinic -- Blood Drive -- Life Line Screenings
The next month provides you the opportunity to look after your health and also help someone else to good health.
Flu Shot Clinic
This year plan to get your flu and pneumonia shots at either the north or south church campus. The service will be provided by the Community Home Health Services Network. Cost for shots is $30 (flu) and $40 (pneumonia). Payment can be made by cash, check or Medicare. Children under 12 should have a doctor’s authorization. Ages 6 months and up are welcome.

To determine if you are at risk for stroke, Life Line screens
- carotid arteries in the neck
- arteries in legs
- aortic vessel of the abdomen
- heart rhythm
Each test is $45.00 or all 4 tests for $139.
Add osteoporosis screening for an additional $10.
