Labor Day on North Campus
What better way to enjoy the holiday weekend than welcoming family and friends into a new home! Labor Day, Monday, September 1, is Geist Christian’s chance to do just that.
The afternoon begins with an Open House — inviting our church community and our expanding neighborhood to join us at 126th & Promise Road for tours of the completed north campus facility. A ribbon-cutting at 2:00 pm starts things off.
There will be live music, welcome gifts, refreshments, program information, and building tours until 5:00 pm. Higher Grounds Coffee House and our bookstore will be open for business as well. At the Open House the book store will offer great discounts.
Come for a tour, stay for the party!
The annual Geist Christian Church Pig Roast will be at the north campus this year from 4:00 to 7:00 pm, creating a festive atmosphere and welcoming presence in the Fishers community. Barbecue pork sandwiches with all the trimmings will be served 4:30 – 6:30 pm.
Event tickets will be on sale in the church office and after worship services beginning the first weekend of August. Bring a few extra dollars on September 1 for the family festival of games and prizes, and enjoy more live music under the tent.

Overflow Parking has been arranged at the Fishers High School parking lot, across from the church just north of the church entrance and behind the school.
