Support General Ministry
Geist Christian provides a wide variety of opportunities to volunteer, assisting with groups, organizations in and outside the church. Following are a few of the opportunities available to you.
Office Angels — Volunteer in the church office to answer
the phone, prepare mailings and do light clerical
work.

Casserole Theology — A group that prepares food
for members recovering from surgery, illness or
bereavement.

Mom2Mom — A group of moms who care for families
before and after the birth or adoption of a child.

Supper Angel — The way to the heart of youth – their
stomachs! A donated meal is needed each Sunday
evening for both youth groups.
Youth Sponsor — Weekly support is needed to aide
our growing program. Adults are needed to mentor,
encourage, pray for, and enjoy fellowship with our
youth. The commitment is signifi cant but so are our
youth.
Sponsor-on-Call — If you can only commit less
frequently, we still have great needs for your
assistance. Adults are needed to drive on youth
outings, supervise special events, and step in at a
regular meeting from time to time.
