How To Register
  • Go to the appropriate form to open and print
  • Complete form and return it with the non-refundable registration fee          
  • Turn in form and fee at either campus.
Placement is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Any forms received before open enrollment will be returned and must be resubmitted.
