Student Ministries

“Let the little children come to me.” (Matthew 19:14).

Geist Christian Church has encouraging, age-appropriate programming for children of all ages.
We help our youngest members grow in their faith, make new friends, and share God’s love with others.

  • Nursery

    For children up to two years old. Our nursery staff provides a loving and safe environment for our youngest children to play and grow while parents attend worship.

  • Preschool

    This program introduces children to the Bible and its stories. Its aim is to help them to learn more about God through interactive play, video stories, songs and crafts.

  • Elementary

    For children up through fourth grade. Students will learn more about God and the Bible’s teachings with interactive lessons that reinforce the stories they learn.

  • Five.6

    For fifth- and sixth-graders. As children learn about the Bible, their curiosity increases. Our curriculum allows them to ask the tough questions and expand their faith.

Youth Ministry

Our Youth Ministry is a dynamic community of young people involved in their community of faith. Programs designed for youth grades 7-12 include youth-led worship services, small group meetings, local and global mission opportunities, and fundraisers. Adult volunteers work with our youth ministers to engage students in meaningful discussion and exploration of their beliefs and their faithful engagement in the world.

Weekday Ministries

Just as Geist Christian Church is one church in two locations, so too, is the Weekday Ministries program. Weekday Ministries provides a safe, secure environment where God’s love is integrated throughout the day.
